No matter our differences, we can all agree on one thing: 2020 has pretty much been the worst year ever. But there is one thing that could make this year even worse—killing someone in a car crash. Zero Fatalities has created a campaign that taps into the current cultural moment, one where our lives have been turned upside down by the COVID-19 pandemic.
We remind Nevadans that killing someone on the road could make this worst year ever much worse.
This campaign addresses motorcycles, speeding, occupant protection, pedestrians, and impaired driving. The statewide effort will kick-off in mid-October and run through the end of the year, with an integrated media (paid, earned, owned) and multi-platform approach to reach a young adult male target audience, with a strong focus on video content to drive engagement with this demographic. Tactics will include digital ads, connected TV, streaming radio, outdoor (billboards, bus shelters, etc.), social media, and public relations. All content will be available for partner and public use from the ZeroFatalitiesNV.com website the week of October 19th.
